Timo Pirskanen appointed as iLOQ’s CFO

Timo Pirskanen has been appointed as CFO and member and member of iLOQ’s Management Team as of September 7, 2020. Before joining iLOQ, Pirskanen has been working as CFO in Adapteo Plc. 
 
“We are very excited that Timo is joining our growing team – at this stage in our development. He has a varied experience in the manufacturing industry and strong background in financial management, change management and corporate finance and M&A,” says Heikki Hiltunen, iLOQ’s President and CEO. “

Prior to Adapteo, Pirskanen has worked as CFO at Kotipizza Oyj (2015–2019), Rautaruukki Oyj as Vice President, Investor Relations (2011–2015) and at Deutsche Bank AG in equity analysis management positions in Finland (2004–2011). Prior to that, he worked in various expert positions in corporate finance and venture capital (1997–2004) and as an auditor (1995–1997). The international financial publication Finance Monthly chose Pirskanen as its 2017 CFO in Finland.
