Elevating customer support, Vista has increased its Product and Advance Replacement Warranties for the popular Vista Integrated Positioning System (VIPS) range.

Designed to further assist Vista customers to provide a better all-round service to their client base, effective immediately, Vista is now offering a Three-Year Product Warranty across the range of VIPS products. Furthermore, Vista has also increased the Advance Replacement Warranty on VIPS products to 3 months, providing a replacement unit should any part of the unit fail within 3 months. The impact of the new increased warranty packages is set to provide a host of operational benefits. By supplying a replacement product within 24 hours and alleviating any protracted swap-out downtime, the new advance replacement scheme will facilitate a fast and efficient remedy to on-site issues; enabling installers to implement enhanced maintenance services with confidence. In addition, it will also negate the need for installer investment into all-encompassing levels of service stock.
"The new increased Three-Year Product Warranty and 3-months Advance Replacement scheme illustrates Vista's continuing commitment to improving the overall quality of CCTV systems performance, both for our installer customers and their end-user clients," says Mark Pritchard, Vista's divisional director. "We're constantly looking at ways in which to add value to the product offering, and these new warranties not only show our confidence in the quality of our product but also give installers peace of mind."
