Bosch Security Systems: IP-enabled dome cameras

Photo

Bosch Security Systems: IP-enabled dome cameras. Bosch Security Systems has launched the Auto-Dome modular camera system, a new series of IP-enabled dome cameras comprising intelligent, interchangeable modules that enable installers to update camera functionality quickly and cost-effectively, whilst allowing endusers to migrate to more advanced technologies in the future without having the associated costs of replacing the entire dome.

The AutoDome range is based on five interchangeable modules: the CPU, camera, housing, communications and power supply. The flexibility is such that a ‘core’ product can be upgraded or adapted as needs change, for example from analogue to IP, colour to day/ night, or to include advanced features such as motion detection.
