Ensure early detection with the Bosch DINION IP thermal 8000

Photo

The DINION IP thermal 8000 camera offers excellent thermal performance, built-in Intelligent Video Analytics and outstanding corrosion resistance. It is ideal for mission-critical applications such as perimeter protection of airports, critical infrastructures, government buildings and bridges; ensuring early detection in environments with limited vision due to poor lighting conditions, smoke or complete darkness.

This camera offers an easy replacement for the Bosch VOT-320. The DINION IP thermal 8000 camera offers a choice of resolutions: QVGA or VGA. The highest resolution combined with the thermal capabilities of the camera offers excellent details of the scene, making the information easier for users to interpret.

What makes the DINION IP thermal 8000 camera so special is its combination of thermal imaging and standard Intelligent Video Analytics at the edge. Combining these features makes the camera suitable for mission-critical applications that require video content analysis over larger distances up to 762m. Intelligent Video Analytics is specifically designed for the most demanding environments, providing a state-of-the-art solution for the ultimate in video analytics. It has the ability to differentiate between genuine security events and known false triggers such as challenging environments or applications that require video content analysis over larger distances.

Designed for outdoor use (corrosion resistant, meeting the EN 50130-5 salt mist test, withstanding up to 1000 hours of salt/mist under test conditions), the camera captures invisible thermal energy radiating from humans, objects and buildings and translates this into the highest quality relevant thermal images. The DINION IP thermal 8000 provides early detection of objects to significantly improve the reliability of your video surveillance solution.

DEHNventil ACI M: Standard-compliant Surge Protection in Industry

High demands are placed on the availability of switchgear in, for example, industrial plants, data centres, hospitals and large administrative buildings. This makes surge protection essential. At the same time, replacement of the surge protection module should not influence system availability. The new DEHNventil ACI M TNS 264 FM has no backup fuse and is flexible in terms of its application. In the event of a fault, the protection module is safely disconnected and can be quickly removed from the base part from either side or the front. The touch-safe design allows the protection module to be replaced without system downtime. The ACI technology employed also enables connection cross-sections of just 16 mm2. This facilitates installation and saves time.

HVI Light Plus for Lightning Protection Applications

When installing bare, uninsulated air-termination conductors on the roof, the separation distance to electrical and metal systems installed under the roof surface must be maintained in accordance with the current lightning protection standard DIN EN 62305-3. Cable installations, pipe systems or metal parts are frequently installed under the roofing in direct proximity to the air-termination system / down conductor, thus posing a proximity issue. The solution is isolated air-termination systems with high-voltage-resistant, insulated down conductors.
