Nice Systems: multimedia incident information management solution. Nice Systems has announced enhancements to its Inform solution for public safety and security command and control centres.

The new features compliment the Nice Inform’s capabilities as a comprehensive and centralised multimedia incident information management solution. It supports the convergence of multimedia by capturing and managing incident information from a vast array of multimedia sources, for seamless and efficient incident reconstruction, greater insight and improved response.

The newest release includes the following feature enhancements:

• Synchronous replay of captured audio and video for comprehensive authentic incident reconstruction.
• Improved interoperability – agencies not connected via network can still share multimedia incident information offline securely to collaborate on investigations. 
• Enhanced real-time incident insight through synchronous, multi-channel live monitoring. 
• Accelerated access to incident information for supervisors through recent call replay. 
• Improved system resiliency through replicated incident files and databases.
