Pelco: combined facility management solution. Pelco announces the successful integration of its state-of-the-art Endura IPbased Video Management System with the TAC Continuum Security/Access Control and Building Automation System.

This integrated security solution allows users to manage building alarm events quickly and efficiently. The new driver allows the security/building automation system to issue preset commands to the video management system.

Upon receiving the alarm preset command, the video system then automatically selects and positions the appropriate camera closest to the alarm occurrence (pan, tilt and zoom).

The alarm event is logged and clear video displayed on any workstation or video console display monitor, thus allowing immediate response by a security system operator.
