Toire: security system for highly sensitive areas

Toire security system for highly sensitive areas Public toilets are often wilfully soiled or damaged, making it difficult to implement an economically viable business model. The patented Toire system transfers the rental car principle to toilet facilities and enables seamless documentation of usage. It combines an access system via app or RFID card with a security camera (Koban) to monitor sensitive areas. Access is granted via registration, which is possible with existing card systems (e.g. employee or student ID cards) or the Toire app. When entering a cubicle, the light is activated and a touchscreen welcomes the user.
This can report soiling or missing consumables. After use, a sensor ensures that the cubicle is empty before the Koban takes a picture of its condition. The camera is protected by a motorised shutter that only opens after a safety sequence. After the image is taken, it is linked to the user ID and saved.
If a subsequent user reports contamination, a new documentation is carried out. An admin compares the images and, if necessary, requests a statement from the user responsible. Users who violate the rules can be excluded from further use. The Toire system thus creates a sustainable model for public toilets that increases cleanliness and safety and prevents vandalism.
