Advancis joins AI innovation platform IPAI
Advancis Software & Services GmbH is a new member of the IPAI community. With this step, Advancis is strengthening its commitment to the responsible use of artificial intelligence (AI) - both for the optimization of internal processes and for the further development of its software solutions for highly critical areas of application.

Advancis contributes its many years of experience in the development of open, vendor-neutral software platforms for security, building and integration solutions to the network. Especially in the context of complex, networked infrastructures, new points of contact for innovative, data- and AI-supported approaches are opening up.
"We are delighted to have been accepted into the IPAI community," emphasizes David Teppe, Head of Strategic Alliances at Advancis. "By joining the IPAI community, we are accelerating our development into a company that consistently uses modern AI technologies. IPAI strengthens our network with technology partners, research and start-ups - this is precisely where the impetus that we want to incorporate into our ecosystem at an early stage comes from. This allows us to keep our finger on the pulse of the AI market and translate innovations into scalable solutions for integrated security and building management platforms more quickly. At the same time, we are expanding AI expertise within the company and creating standards and guidelines so that AI can be used safely and reliably."
IPAI, based in Heilbronn, is one of the leading European ecosystems for application-oriented and trustworthy AI. The aim of the platform is to bring together companies, research institutions and technology partners in order to transfer AI innovations into practical and responsible applications. As a member of the IPAI community, Advancis becomes part of a growing network of companies, technology providers and institutions that promotes the exchange, collaboration and development of future-oriented AI applications.
In addition to Advancis, companies and organizations such as Audi, Bechtle, Claas, Deutsche Telekom, Fraunhofer, SAP, the Schwarz Group, the Baden-Württemberg police, Porsche, and Würth are also involved in the IPAI. The IPAI community, based in Heilbronn, sees itself as a European platform for human-centered AI innovation.
"With Advancis, we are gaining an exciting member for our growing innovation and collaboration platform," says Moritz Gräter, CEO of IPAI. "There is enormous potential in their experience with open software platforms, critical infrastructure expertise and connection to AI systems. As IPAI, we can provide the neutral environment to validate AI for sensitive security areas together with research and tech partners, helping to bring essential, trustworthy and robust solutions to industrial scale faster."
