Keenfinity Group Accelerates Transformation and Introduces Simplified Management Structure
Keenfinity Group has been successfully transforming into a strategic holding with four customer-centric Businesses led by dedicated CEOs and supported by streamlined Group functions.
Consequently, the role of the Keenfinity Group CEO will be phased out ahead of plan, with Chairman Hubertus Muehlhaeuser assuming direct oversight of the four Businesses and Group functions. Peter Loeffler will transition out from his current role as Group CEO, and remain a part of the value creation journey, as both an investor and advisor to the Board.

Peter Loeffler led the successful carve-out from Bosch Group in July 2025 and the implementation of the new strategy with a decentralized structure, to enable growth and value creation.
