Payne Security announces the appointment of Simon Jarvis as Sales Director for Document and Identity Solutions. This newly created position will focus on driving global sales of Payne Security products and services for use in governmental and high security document and identity applications, enabling customers to beat counterfeiters and prove personal identity. Based at Payne Security's European headquarters in Banbury, UK, Jarvis will focus on strategic partnerships and sales growth.
Simon Jarvis brings over 16 years of experience in security solutions and risk management, having previously worked for Courtenays Limited as Director of Security Solutions. Prior to this, Jarvis spent 10 years at De La Rue in various roles, including Managing Director of their security paper manufacturing business, Portals Bathford. With extensive understanding and insight in security features and authentication systems, Jarvis's expertise lies in driving growth through strategic partnerships and effective sales and customer service teams which, in turn, will enable Payne Security to maximise global sales opportunities presented in its markets.
"I've been extremely impressed by Payne Security's security products and its technical and manufacturing capabilities and am very excited by the prospect of working with my colleagues to further develop our secure document and authentication business both with existing and new customers," says Simon Jarvis.
Mark Palmer, Managing Director, Payne Security, comments: "Simon has a strong background across the disciplines of document authentication and a history of working closely with customers to develop and provide highly effective security solutions. We are looking forward to him expanding the company's global sales and positioning in the security solutions marketplace and believe he will be a key member of the team."
