Pixim: Digital Pixel System technology incorporated into Public View Monitor. Pixim’s Digital Pixel System technology has been incorporated into Pelco‘s new Public View Monitor.

The monitor, created specifically for the security industry, is an integrated monitor and camera system designed building entrances, e.g. in retail, banking and medical facilities.

It simultaneously deters criminals (vividly demonstrating that the premises are protected by video security) and allows the display of promotional, welcome and informational messages to everyone who enters the building.

The Digital Pixel System technology is the only video image processing technology to employ hundreds of thousands of pixels, each acting like an individual camera.

These self-adjusting pixels eliminate imagecompromising visual noise and deliver high resolution, natural colour and clarity – in all lighting conditions.
