ANSSI* cyber-certified, making it ideal for use with critical infrastructure, TDSi recently announced its sales and support of TIL Technologies’ range as a complementary technology to its own flagship Gardis secure access control ecosystem of software and hardware products.

John Davies, Managing Director of TDSi commented, “With an impressive sales track record in the market, Paul is perfectly placed to be overseeing our sales and support of TIL Technologies’ range in the UK. This exciting technology is already at the forefront of TIL Technologies’ home market in France, but Paul is taking the reins with regards to promoting its considerable benefits to TDSi’s customers in the UK and Ireland. Our commitment is always to ensure our customers have a full choice and access to security technology excellence, an ethos we share with TIL Technologies, making this an excellent fit for both companies and our customers.”

Paul brings a wealth of experience to the role with a background in access control sales and technical support since 1995 having previously worked for Johnson Controls as Regional Sales Manager, as well as roles at HID Global, Avigilon, and Allegion. He officially joined TDSi last year and has been busy building the sales channel here in the UK over the last few months ahead of our official announcement.

Paul comments, “I am delighted to be taking a central role in expanding TDSi’s portfolio and to be firmly introducing TIL Technologies’ superb range to UK and Irish buyers, including the Microsesame Cube Software and Tillys Cube Hardware which allows the integrator and end user to build their own system, however they want it, with complete control. Unlike other systems where the software is set a certain way by the manufacturer and that’s it, TIL’s systems are programmed and written to meet the wishes of the end user.”

Paul added, “The TIL Technologies portfolio will appeal to open minded system integrators, people with a vision of what they can do with a totally open system. With TDSi continuing to enjoy growing sales figures year on year, this feels like the perfect time to be delivering fresh choices and options to our customers as they look to find the best solutions and best value for money.”

Reflecting upon Paul’s appointment in the UK, Denis Castanet, Managing Director of TIL Technologies also commented, “We are very excited to welcome Paul to our extended team and to benefit from his market expertise and experience in the UK. Since our business was established in 1988, TIL Technologies has taken the lead in the French security market and we count high profile organisations such as French Ministries, SNCF, ‘La Poste’ (the French postal service), EDF, and AXA amongst our customers. However, being part of the Vitaprotech Group along with TDSi means we now have additional reach to other markets and Paul is a crucial ingredient in our penetration of the important UK security market.”

With headquarters in Aix-en-Provence in France, TIL Technologies has an extensive portfolio of projects, with over 6,000 sites equipped with its products. Its systems also protect a number of prestigious buildings across France including the ‘Tour First’ in la Défense, Marseille’s Vélodrome stadium, and Le Château de Versailles.
