Thales: intelligent airport systems. Thales addressed the community of decision makers driving the development of international Registered Traveler schemes: The Registered Traveler Forum, endorsed by the Dutch Minister of Justice and by the European Commission, took place in Amsterdam, at the Radisson SAS Hotel at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport, on 22–23 May 2008.

“Thales has an unmatched capability to develop and deploy field-proven safety and security systems for civilian needs and the transport industry market, such critical infrastructure as airports and other hubs of our global transportation network,” says Kamel Boussadia, Solution Manager at Thales.

“Passenger clearance in the transport industry is a key process with major security implications, where a major effort needs to be made to address the issues of growing numbers of passengers and heightened security consciousness”.
