Through the digital product world in the virtual showroom
SimonsVoss is now offering technology and system partners the opportunity to take an informative tour with customers through the digital product world in its new virtual showroom. This showroom can be used to present systems in a personalised format and give customer consultations with direct help from videos and brochures taken from the media library.
On request, SimonsVoss partners can also act as virtual sellers (avatars) and attend to their customers in real time. They can click on SimonsVoss System 3060 products individually on a sample wall in the virtual showroom and enlarge and rotate them through 360° if they wish.
The video clips in the video library are displayed on a central screen. A total of eleven videos are available, ranging from the company presentation and an introduction to the software through to showcases of the various digital cylinders, fittings and accessory components.
The media library is also comprehensively equipped. Here, the partner can present the product and application brochures in full screen size and give further explanation to customers.
Each technology and system partner will receive personalised access to the virtual showroom and brief operating instructions from SimonsVoss once they have registered through marketing-simonsvoss@allegion.com and entered the required data. An invitation is sent to customers through Microsoft Teams and the meeting is held on the Microsoft Teams platform.
