The Bosch Nexospace Fire System Observer brings the maintenance of fire alarm systems into the digital age. The 24/7 cloud observation continuously monitors the latest generation of fire detectors, Avenar 425 and 520. Intelligent algorithms recognise anomalies in the fire detectors before a fault occurs. If the detector's relevant values exceed certain limits, the software detects this and preventive measures can be taken at the next maintenance visit. This increases system availability and safety.

Nexospace Fire System Observer also improves on-site maintenance, as only those fire detectors that show anomalies have to be physically checked. This eliminates the need to carry out much of the preparatory work, such as opening ceilings or providing lifting platforms to allow access to all fire detectors. Business operations can continue undisturbed. This is particularly advantageous for areas with sensitive business processes or clean rooms, or within hotels or hospitals.

The digital test is in accordance with the DIN VDE 0833-1 standard and has been extensively tested and certified by VdS Schadenverhütung. The service offers a guaranteed quality and processes the detector data in a secure cloud infrastructure, which has also been tested and certified by VdS.
