Chubb Germany: Service - Connected Services (GSA27-56)
As part of its Connected Services, Chubb Deutschland GmbH offers a network of security services that combines various systems such as video surveillance, access control, burglary, fire, and hazard detection technology, as well as perimeter and outdoor protection, into a comprehensive security concept.

This security network is centrally monitored and controlled by the Chubb monitoring station (NSL) in Dresden, an alarm receiving center certified according to VdS guidelines, which is staffed around the clock, 365 days a year, by certified operators.
A key feature of Connected Services is the consistent, control center-supported alarm processing across all connected systems. Alarms are not only received, but also verified by video, processed according to individually defined intervention plans, and documented down to the second. The entire chain of measures is transparent and traceable at all times.
In addition, Remote Services enable the remote control of security-related functions, such as arming and disarming burglar alarm systems, as well as situation-dependent services such as video guarding or remote patrol, video monitoring, a fault hotline, or GPS tracking.
The innovation lies in the purposeful combination of technical networking and human expertise to create a reliable remote security service. Automated detection is consistently augmented by qualified alarm assessment by operators. Protocol-based decisions help to reduce false alarms, shorten response times, and deploy on-site operations efficiently and in line with requirements.
