The secure control system Safeline Vario by Dina offers a comprehensive safety solution with up to 30 inputs, monitoring functions like emergency stop, light grids, and safety doors up to Performance Level e or SIL CL 3.
With free parameterization software and expandability to up to 15 modules, it is ideal for large machines. Measuring only 45/67.5 mm wide, it is compact and versatile, even featuring integrated speed monitoring and comparator function.
According to Dina, the unique option of evaluating encoder systems with a certified BiSS-Safety interface was recently created. This has also enabled communication with encoders that communicate via BiSS-C. With the safe FSoE bus connection and the integration of all essential safety functions, including sensorless speed monitoring as well as up to 30 inputs and expandability to 15 modules, the Safeline Vario small controller offers a safety solution up to performance level e or SIL CL 3. Its integrated parameterization software enables simple management of safety applications, while its compatibility with various controllers and safety systems offers maximum flexibility. In addition, the Connect communication extension enables a secure connection for remote maintenance and diagnostics as well as the option of subjecting relevant data to automatic fault diagnostics.
