HB Protective Wear: Softshell Jacket HB-ArcFlash Pro 4kA and 7kA (GSA27-53)
Windproof, breathable, and highly functional: the new HB-ArcFlash Pro softshell jacket combines outstanding protection with exceptional comfort. First unveiled at A+A 2025, it impresses with its specific combination of multi-risk safety features. It achieves the highest protection class in arc flash and welding protection as well as high-visibility and additionally offers antistatic properties and chemical protection. Standard pictograms embroidered on the front make the high level of protection immediately visible.
At the same time – and this is rather unusual given the high protective performance and the wide range of application areas – this softshell jacket is remarkably comfortable to wear. This is thanks to the pleasant, elastic material, segmented FR reflective stripes, and sophisticated details such as sleeves with inner knitted cuffs and the ergonomic cut.
The high stand-up collar with hook&loop fastener adapts to every movement and offers reliable protection, like from the wind. Other features include a high-quality closure with covered zipper, a Napoleon pocket, two side pockets, and two inside pockets.
The jacket is available in high-visibility yellow and orange and is made entirely from fluorescent material. This, combined with wide reflective stripes in body language application, ensures maximum visibility. This means that the wearer feels reliably protected at all times.
The softshell matches perfectly to the other garments from the high-performance HB-ArcFlash Pro collection which has been developed for public services, power suppliers, transport and construction companies, as well as for track works and in the electrical trade.
