Kentec Launches Five New Solutions at Ifsec

Kentec Electronics was launching five powerful new additions to its product ranges at Ifsec 2010.

These latest significant, innovative products are the result of Kentec's current, ambitious R&D programme and include Kentec's new AlarmSense compatible Sigma CP-A 2, 4 and 8 zone fire alarm control and indicating panels, utilizing this popular cost-saving two-wire technology; the new OpenConnect BMS Communications Interface for easy-to-configure integration of Apollo Syncro or Syncro AS networks to Building Management Systems via a wide range of protocols; a new range of illuminated Warning Signs featuring high intensity LED indicators; new audible-visual alarm-status Indicator Units, and the new S408 Power Supply Units for continuous power or battery charging.

In addition to these new products, Kentec was featuring their flagship Syncro Range, including the Syncro AS Analogue Addressable System, one of the most powerful systems of its type on the market today. Other featured products were members of the Sigma range of extinguishant control panels, the Syncro GUIDE fire alarm management system; the Matrix Mimic fire alarm mimic display, and new Syncro Ident LED indicator panels that provide a supplementary alarms location display for the main fire panel.

Also on show were VES's world-leading UL-listed, FM approved, Elite analogue-addressable fire alarm control system that simplifies local configuration of a diverse range of fire systems scalable from the stand-alone to the highly complex network. Products include the VoiceAlert Voice evacuation system, annunciators, point detectors, pull stations and the eMATRIX mimic panel, all UL-listed and FM approved. Also on show was the eGUIDE Graphics System, and a range of document boxes and cabinets.

These products herald a range of significant new Kentec products being launched in 2010 that will further add to the development of one of Europe´s most comprehensive fire detection and extinguishing control panel range.
