Paxton Access: wireless control unit Net 2 nano. Ifsec 2007 proved to be Paxton Access’ most successful ever. The launch of Net 2 nano, a new wireless control unit for Net2, the supplier’s leading network access control system, delighted customers who swiftly recognised its potential to reduce the cost of purchasing and installing Net2.

A Net2 access control system comprises one or more Net2 control units that are wired to the central Net2 server.

Each control unit runs independently and reports centrally on user access and events. Net2 nano is a wireless control unit that connects to the central Net2 server, via a Net2Air desktop reader, using Paxton Access’ proprietary and secure Net2Air wireless technology.
