Pepperl + Fuchs: integrated AS-i modules. The fully integrated case represents an innovative solution, designed for fast mounting. The stainless steel base plate in combination with the fully encapsulated design results in superior robustness and a high protection classification.

Metal threads with Speedcon terminals further reduce the time needed for assembly. The innovative and fully encapsulated G12 range of flat AS-I modules by Pepperl + Fuchs features a one-piece design which does not consist of a separate upper and lower part.

Precise attachment, a solid housing poured in one piece, and a safe grip under high force allows perfect tightness complying with protection rating IP67/68/69k.

Standard M12 plugs are securely fastened via Speedcon terminals with metal threads. This requires only half a rotation and is especially easy with the help of a suitable fastening tool.
