The safety gate system PSENmgate combines safety gate monitoring, safeguard locking and operating elements in one compact system. It is suitable for walk-on safety gates, covers and flaps and offers safeguard locking up to PL e, Cat. 4 (EN ISO 13849-1). Several sensors can be safely connected in series. PSENmgate offers various configuration options, including pushbuttons, illuminated buttons, emergency stop, escape release and matching door handles. It guarantees maximum tamper protection, convenient diagnostics with 4 LEDs and diagnostic output, as well as a robust locking force of up to 7500 N and protection class IP 65.

The safety gate system PSENmgate combines two functions in just one system: safeguard locking and operating elements. This saves costs, time and space. Instead of several individual components, only one product is required. Installation is simplified, with just one housing and one plug connector, installation is quick and easy. With the compact design of just 40 x 65 x 238 mm, only little space is required on the safety gate. Based on the bistable guard locking principle, PSENmgate reduces power consumption.

In addition, the new PSENmgate offers a wide range of configuration options, making it versatile for a variety of applications. Various operating elements such as pushbuttons and illuminated buttons as well as different colour caps for the illuminated buttons are available, as are emergency stop, escape release and various door handles. The installation can be carried out with cable outlet upwards or downwards. This allows a high degree of flexibility in the machine design.
