Senstar: outdoor detection systems. Perimeter intrusion specialist Senstar will be exhibiting outdoor detection systems at Ifsec (Stand 16069.)

The company features fully-working demonstrations of the OmniTrax, Xfield and DTR-2000 products.

OmniTrax and Xfield are volumetric detection systems, while DTR-2000 is a taut-wire product that can be installed on free-standing or existing fence structures.

OmniTrax generates an invisible electromagnetic field around buried sensor cables and can determine the location of an intruder to the nearest metre. This covert sensor will be of particular interest to integrators and end-users involved with sensitive sites needing unobtrusive protection.

It is currently being installed in VIP residences and other high-security facilities, while Xfield has been used recently at a power station in the south of England.
