EverFocus: new range of CCTV products. EverFocus presented their latest CCTV product developments at Ifsec 2009 in Birmingham earlier this year. Visitors saw video recorders, conventional and IP cameras as well as management software from the company.

The new Paragon MPEG-4 DVR series was shown and incorporates pentaplex operation for simultaneous live monitoring, recording, playback, archiving and remote viewing. Network accessible, they have a pre-alarm buffer and feature an extended schedule setting to include holiday calendars and express schedules.

The Ecor DVR series has improved network image transmission speed and extended recording settings to enable almost universal application. Users can command the DVR through graphic icons on the GUI.

Cameras for Here and There

The EZ 550 1/3“ outdoor longrange camera is an infrared highlight. It features automatic day/ night switching, built-in 4-zone motion detection and a motorized 6-50mm varifocal lens.

The latest additions to the speed dome range are the EPTZ 3600 day/night cameras with 36x optical zoom and the EPTZ 2700, both available as indoor and outdoor models.

The EAN range includes network cameras providing high definition images of fast moving objects and supporting H.264, MPEG4 and MJPEG multistream output. They include a builtin digital motion detection function and support Power over Ethernet to ease installation and maintenance.

Multi-channel Recording

The IP camera range covers advanced day/night network usage, vandal-proof CCDs with H.264/ MPEG4/MJPEG multistream and outdoor versions with motorized lens and optical zoom. The ENR 3200, 1600 and 800 network video recorders handle 32/16/8 sources respectively from multi-brand megapixel IP cameras and video servers.

Local and remote PTZ control, digital PTZ, bidirectional audio and integrated video analytics are available.

All EverFocus IP products are supported by PowerCon 4.x management software, either pure or in a combined hard/software solution.
