Identive Group announced that Brent Archer has joined the Company as Vice President Group Operations & Supply Chain. In this newly created role, Archer will oversee global operations and supply chain activities across Identive's businesses and product lines, with the charter to facilitate efficiency to support the Company's growth and profitability.

Archer brings a comprehensive background in global operations, manufacturing and supply chain management in the secure ID and RFID industries, including similar roles at Digital Angel, an animal ID company; ASSA ABLOY, a global leader in door opening solutions; HID, a provider of smart card-based access control solutions; and Rainbow Technologies, an encryption and information security firm. He holds a BS in Production/Operations Management from Arizona State University.
