Videotec launches new website

With the intention of providing its customers, and not only, with excellent support that is always closer to their needs, and with the increasingly pressing intention to analyse its web communication, Videotec is renewing its platform. Starting May 20th the new internet site (videotec.com) will be on-line, and in addition to a new look and updated communication, it will offer simple navigation integrated with new content and useful instruments for anyone wishing to interact directly with the Videotec world.

Here are the main new features:

• Dual navigation mode: the new site offers two different approaches to information, to make navigation more intuitive for the various types of users:
  • Through products
  • Through the vertical markets that the company operates in
• Product page: information on products are even more complete and arranged to immediately identify the solution that is most suitable to your needs: the main product characteristics, certifications, high definition photos, relative videos, if available, instructions manuals, technical data sheets, technical drawings, A&E Specs and much more.
• PTZ unit configurator: Through the site users will be able to choose from all of the available options and create the required PTZ unit without having to consult the price list, in fact, once the product has been configured, the relative product code will be provided by the configurator, so that the user can proceed with the order or offer request.
• Technical Assistance:  For customers requiring Technical Support there will be a very simple and well-organised page to open a support ticket and directly access useful technical instruments from the site without having to call or send in an email.

Also, given the significant increase in use of smartphones and tablets, the new site has been designed according to technological “design responsive” rules that allow websites to adapt perfectly to the type of support chosen by the user, whether it be a computer, a smartphone or a tablet. The user will always, in any case, enjoy the simplest form of navigation and the clearest view.
