Wavestore has appointed Julian Inman to the newly created role of Product Manager.

A key aspect of Julian’s role as Product Manager will be to drive Wavestore’s product roadmap, working closely with colleagues and partners to ensure the successful launch of a number of new innovative products that Wavestore will be introducing over the coming months.

Julian has worked within the electronic security industry for over 20 years and brings with him a deep understanding of the Video Management Software (VMS) market having previously worked for Exacq Technologies and, most recently, Tyco Security Products in Product Marketing, Support and Training roles.

“I am delighted to have the opportunity to contribute to the success of an innovative, progressive manufacturer such as Wavestore,” said Julian. “What particularly excites me about Wavestore’s open platform Video Management Software (VMS) is how such an easy to use platform can unlock the full potential of a fully integrated security solution.

“Wavestore is a great ‘enabler’ in that it can facilitate the delivery of business intelligence and improve operational efficiency, as well as provide a powerful tool to combat criminal activity by making it easy for a wide range of security and IT related systems to work in harmony with a video surveillance solution. I am looking forward to being part of a successful team that has a proven track record of developing innovative solutions that deliver real-life benefits to end-users and which creates new business opportunities for our partners around the world.”
