Satel Debuts at Security Essen
A Polish manufacturer of automation solutions, access control and fire alarm systems is showing its range of 30 wireless office and home security devices on its debut at Security Essen.
Satel — known for the past 30 years for its Integra and Perfecta alarm systems, KNX standard automation solutions, access control and fire alarm systems — will showcase its Be Wave system from 17-20 September.
Be Wave is a family of over 30 wireless devices that combines automation and protection of homes and offices via a mobile app. It is fast to install, intuitive to configure and easy to operate.
The administrator creates an object, adds system elements and assigns them to rooms, which appear on the main screen. The configuration process also allows composing of schedules, scenes and routines - sequences of the system tasks, along with various dependencies.
Radio Communication with Sensors
The heart of the system is the Smart Hub controller, which communicates with other elements via radio. The transmission range, resistance to interference and battery life are impressive through the use of proven Abax 2 technology.
The range of sensors includes: motion detection, opening, water flood, glass breakage and dusk or dawn. Air parameter sensors, relay and roller shutter controllers, radiator thermostats, intelligent plugs, control buttons and remote key fobs are also available.
Be Wave was first unveiled at the Sicurezza security trade fair in Milan last November in advance of its official premiere last month. Satel is constantly expanding its distribution network and will showcase the Be Wave range at Security Essen from 17-20 September.
