In security matters – and likewise in daily business processes involving retail, factory, and museum applications – the challenges to face are changing every day. Changing challenges in security are of course especially crucial. Grundig wants to help here – and shows its current portfolio including a new video management system at the Security Essen show.

"We at Grundig Security offer systems by default, with additional solutions on demand – from our diversified camera portfolio up to 10 different intelligent analytics”, says CEO Ludwig Bergschneider. “You can use these analytics systems to optimize your processes and to solve the security demands of your extensive portfolio and the needs of end users. Control systems for these cameras, with our Standalone Recording devices, and with TVI or IP solutions, can be initially installed and extended to provide a large server-client-based system. Control functions for these applications are provided by our Grundig Video Management System C-Werk.”
Having a closer look on the Portfolio of the company one can see that indeed they offer a full supply-chain portfolio starting with the latest in camera technology. Recording and display come with their own recording devices, controlled by the new video management system – and clearly displayed on their high-resolution 24/7 industrial monitors.

Covers Everything
So it is no wonder that Ludwig Bergschneider is proud to say: “We talk customized security solutions and intelligent analytics for every business.” His new Grundig Security IP camera range covers everything required in modern, professional video surveillance applications. This range starts with the “Essential” product line, which includes the most common features for extensive application in video solutions. This product line incorporates all basic features required in common applications. The “Pro” product line is dedicated for use in sophisticated applications in which the entire features of this product line provide special advantages. The “Premium” product line was designed to be used in all high-class applications.
Innovative technologies, good design and ease of use could be just a few reasons, why Grundig products are increasingly gaining in popularity. The product range includes cameras, recorders (NVRs, DVRs), monitors, software, transmitters, covering all the latest technologies. One can always choose the best for each application among IP and HD TVI products - and, as a partner one can rely on the team because they promise to be “always on hand with competent service”.

Video Management System C-Werk
The new video management system C-Werk by Grundig will be shown at Security Essen – and more upcoming events. Here are some of the features:
Various streams from one camera can be used for recording and display. The benefits here enable, for example, keeping the data rate significantly lower with multiple-image displays
The complex memory management implemented here enables definition of the memory location and the recording parameters of various connected cameras. This is also possible for various events
Effective hard-disk use results from an in-house file system, which saves space on the hard disk and enhances data security
C-Werk offers additional benefits from it’s modular structure and distributed architecture, which enable flexible design of the video systems
