Loxal Security Wins Third Secured by Design Award

Loxal Security has been awarded a third ‘Secured by Design’ stamp of approval for its innovative Face Fix Key Safe. All three of the products feature Loxal’s unique Idacs (Intelligent Digital Access Control System) software. 

The Idacs Face Fix Key Safe is the ideal solution for temporary on-site key management and access control, Comments David White, Managing Director of Loxal Security: “It is fantastic news that our Face Fix Key Safe has been recognised with a Secured by Design Award, the third of our products to achieve this.

“The common thread through all of our products, is our Idacs software, which sits behind all of our digital access solutions, controlling the interface on which end users can enter their personal access code to gain entry or exit to sites or premises.”

The Face Fix Key Safe can be installed in a number of unique ways, it can be installed traditionally into solid substrates, through a entrance door viewer/spy hole or most conveniently of all with the S-Trap fitting. The S-Trap sits on the hinge side of the door and is locked securely in place when the door is closed.

The S-Trap uses an ultra-strong flexible webbing strap, so it can be installed on all door types including PVC and fire doors. In the event of fire, the sacrificial strap will burn off meaning the key safe does not interfere with the integrity of the fire door.

The Face Fix Key Safe joins Loxal’s other ‘Secured by Design’ key safes, lock boxes and gate locks to provide seamless access solutions to virtually any situation.
