Basler Vision Technologies: BIP-1600c-dn

Basler Vision Technologies: BIP-1600c-dn. Basler’s day/night series is equipped with a selection of the best Sony CCD sensors (VGA to 2 megapixel), which provides optimized sensitivity not only for daytime conditions but especially for night and low light applications.

The camera is equipped with an automatically retractable infrared (IR) cut filter.

The unique Area of Interest (AOI) feature lets users define customized regions within the original field of view. The selected areas of interest can be streamed and encoded separately.

This approach allows, for example, the customized use of multiple MJPEG streams while also using an MPEG- 4 or H.264 encoded stream.

An ultra-compact, all-metal housing with an 89.2 mm x 29 mm x 44 mm size and a weight of only 230 grams makes these the smallest day/night IP cameras in their class.

These characteristics contribute to a flexible, easy installation.
