Dirt-resistant and oleophobic safety spectacles
Uvex, leader of innovation for coating technologies and personal protective equipment, is raising the bar with the new uvex hybrid coating for safety eyewear.
uvex safety spectacles are especially dirt-resistant and oleophobic thanks to the advanced supravision NCH and optidur NCH and are particularly easy to clean as a result. The improved easy-to-clean effect has been achieved using a new, advanced hybrid coating. Oily and aqueous dirt drips from the lenses without leaving any residue meaning that the cleaning cycle is minimized, vision remains unaffected and the lifespan of the safety spectacles is lengthened.
Lenses coated with supravision NCH combine the advantages of optidur NCH and optidur 4C PLUS. They are scratch-resistant and non-fogging on the inside, while the outside is extremely scratchproof, resistant to chemicals and very easy to clean thanks to nano-technology, resulting in a top-class coating.
Lenses coated with optidur NCH are extremely scratch-resistant and are also highly resistant to chemicals. The lacquer system features nanotechnology, considerably increasing its non-stick properties. As a result, water-based and oily marks can be removed effortlessly.
