G-Scope/8000, Geutebruck's Expert Server
Anything is possible: G-Scope/8000, the Expert Server in the G-Scope video management family, provides a maximum level of redundancy with practically unlimited flexibility and scalability. This makes it the ideal component for demanding individual video security solutions, from high-security prisons to casinos.
With their 64-bit G-Core video engine, G-Scopes provide top performance. The integrated GPU acceleration guarantees 3 times faster image processing, while the dual database architecture ensures rapid access to memory images and a high level of protection against tampering. Integrated video analysis rounds out the package: Activity Detection for motion-triggered recording or also for motion detection in indoor areas along with scene validation for monitoring the cameras are standard features. Options such as video analysis for outdoor applications or automatic number plate identification for access control expand the features to fulfill the needs of a given application.
As a typical server solution, the G-Scope/8000 differentiates itself from the rest of the product family in terms of availability. Here it sets the standard: redundant SSD operating system disks, power supplies and fans, as well as an integrated RAID system are standard equipment. Its design makes unlimited scalability and flexibility possible: 1-3 U each with 4, 8 or 16 hard disk slots, connection option for additional external RAIDS and JBODs and integrated server operating system are important technical features.
Up to 128 IP camera connections make the G-Scope/8000 perfect for larger installations "on its own". But like every G-Scope, it can also be easily and comfortably integrated into a networked system.
