Smart Intercoms for Modern Residences
Technology is increasingly shaping the expectations of residents in modern housing developments. At Majorelle Residences—a 44-building complex in Rabat—Dnake’s smart intercom system was implemented as part of a broader approach to integrating security and convenience into everyday living.
At each building entrance, the S215 4.3" SIP Video Door Station stands guard with crystal-clear two-way communication, its IP65 rating ensuring reliable performance against Rabat's humid, salt-rich air. Moreover, flexible and diverse unlocking methods provide residents a smart and easy life experience.
Inside each residence, the E416 7" Android 10 Indoor Monitor puts complete control at residents' fingertips—allowing them to screen visitors, monitor cameras, and grant access with a simple touch. This is complemented by the Smart Pro mobile application, which transforms smartphones into universal access devices, enabling remote entry management, temporary guest permissions, and keyless access via PIN, Bluetooth, or mobile authentication.
The system includes a cloud-based management platform that allows property administrators to monitor and manage access remotely via any internet-connected device. Tasks such as adding residents or reviewing access logs can be performed through a digital interface designed to support operational efficiency and scalability.
At Majorelle Residences, Dnake’s smart intercom system was implemented to enhance both security and user convenience. The design was selected to complement the development’s aesthetic, aligning with its high-end positioning. The project illustrates an example of integrating scalable smart security solutions within Morocco’s premium real estate sector.
