Comelit-PAC Secures 22-Storey Hampton View with Full-Site CCTV Upgrade
Comelit-PAC, in collaboration with Harrold Jones Services, has completed a security infrastructure upgrade at Hampton View, a 22-storey residential tower managed by Sanctuary Housing in the Heath Town area of Wolverhampton.
Originally built in 1969, Hampton View has long served the local community as a key housing development. Recognising the need to improve resident safety and update aging systems, Sanctuary Housing commissioned Harrold Jones Services to update the building’s CCTV infrastructure.
Chris Rogers MIFSM from Sanctuary Housing Association: “Resident safety is central to everything we do. The new CCTV system at Hampton View is a key part of our ongoing investment in building security and reflects our commitment to providing safe, secure places to live. We’re pleased to have worked with Harrold Jones Services and Comelit-PAC to deliver this vital upgrade.”
The project saw the installation of Comelit-PAC’s NDAA-compliant Next Range of IP CCTV products, delivering full coverage throughout all 22 floors, the external car park and surrounding perimeter areas. The system provides high-definition monitoring, increased reliability and improved visibility, ensuring better protection for both residents and property management.

Lloyd Palmer, Sales Manager at Harrold Jones Services, commented: “Our aim was to deliver a robust and future-ready surveillance solution that meets both regulatory standards and the expectations of modern residential living. By working with Comelit-PAC, we’ve ensured Hampton View benefits from a well-planned and professionally installed CCTV system that enhances day-to-day safety and long-term resilience.”
This installation reflects Comelit-PAC’s continued commitment to supporting housing providers across the UK with compliant, scalable and practical security solutions. The successful installation at Hampton View highlights the value of collaboration between housing associations, integrators and technology specialists to enhance residential safety.
Stephen Tickle, Regional Sales Manager of Comelit-PAC, added: “We’re proud to have supported this upgrade. Our NDAA-compliant Next Range is engineered for reliable performance, full visual verification and full-site coverage in residential environments. Hampton View now benefits from a system designed to meet the operational and compliance needs of housing providers, while providing residents with added peace of mind security.”
