Guerrier has significant expertise and a strategic vision to propel the Vitaprotech group towards new challenges, boasting many years’ experience in the general management of major international groups in the security industry.

She said: "I’m delighted to be joining Vitaprotech at such an exciting time in its history. The reputation of the group’s market-leading companies and the diversity and range of talent within the group have deeply captivated my interest.

"Expertise and professional excellence are principles that I hold dear, and I am determined to ensure that they are embodied in every aspect of our work.

"Together, we are committed to strengthening our presence in the EMEA region, nurturing an environment conducive to innovation and collaboration, and realising our ambitious vision of strategic development."

Guerrier will report to Vitaprotech CEO Eric Thord, and in collaboration with Seven2 investors and Bpifrance, will be responsible for leading the different teams and group companies across the EMEA region to achieve ambitious growth targets, while strengthening the group’s leadership position in Europe and internationally.

Great Listening Yields Innovative Solutions

Thord said: "We are convinced that Delphine is the ideal leader to accompany Vitaprotech through this crucial phase of transformation in our governance and development. Her ability to align the teams around a common project, her dynamism and her acute sense of results will enable her to guide the teams to a very high level."

Guerrier understands the needs of customers through great listening and pragmatism skills and is able provide innovative solutions.

Her appointment follows the recent signing by Vitaprotech of an agreement to acquire the assets of Identiv’s security business – which employs more than 200 across the US, Canada, Germany and India – for $145 million cash.

In 2023, Vitaprotech saw its sales increase by 10% in organic growth, including two strategic acquisitions in France and in the UK.
