SICK: Extension Module DMM4
The DMM4 extension module, together with the deTec safety light curtains and deTem safety light barriers, enables efficient muting applications for safe human-material differentiation in automated material transport. Using DMM4 and the Safety Designer software, muting parameters and smart functions such as intelligent restart interlock can be individually configured. Muting sensors, control devices, and safety devices are easily connected to DMM4. This reduces wiring effort and shortens commissioning time. This ensures continuous, efficient material flows while simultaneously protecting personnel.
