With the AmbiGuard, Denios is launching an innovative IoT monitoring device that helps companies to detect critical environmental conditions at an early stage and raise the alarm in good time. Whether in production halls, chemical warehouses or potentially explosive areas - the AmbiGuard enables precise monitoring and automated alerts for greater protection of people, the environment and systems.

The AmbiGuard is equipped with a large number of integrated sensors that record important environmental data. This includes air pressure, temperature, changes in position and GPS positions. This data not only enables continuous monitoring of the environment, but also targeted protective measures if critical values are exceeded. The system can also be expanded with up to two external sensor modules. These offer a wide range of possible applications, including gas concentration measurement or electrical signal monitoring, for example.

The recorded data is transmitted to the Denios Connect IoT platform in real time. If a defined threshold is exceeded, the system automatically sends alerts via SMS or email to the stored recipients. This allows companies to react immediately to minimize risks and prevent damage. The AmbiGuard can be used in Ex zones - i.e. in areas where explosive atmospheres can occur. A specially certified Ex version that meets the highest safety requirements is available for these demanding areas of application.

The latest Denios innovation can be operated both independently and in combination with sensor modules. This versatility makes the system ideal for a wide range of applications - from warehouse monitoring and machine control to occupational safety in hazardous areas.

Baak Barefoot Pan: With the "Pan", Baak is expanding its Barefoot series with another barefoot safety shoe.

In addition to the S3 low shoe "Phoenix" introduced in 2024, the world's first barefoot safety shoe certified according to the EU standard, Pan combines tested protection with advanced ergonomic innovations. The low shoe complies with the EN ISO 20345:2024 standard (S1PS FO HRO SR ESD) and can be used in work areas where safety, flexibility and a long service life are equally important. The focus of the technical innovations here is also on the wide toe box, the Barefoot zero-drop cover sole and the specially developed NeoShield penetration protection fabric.

Together, they enable natural foot movement and offer a high level of protection. Thanks to the open textile structure with ventilation windows, the Pan offers exceptional breathability and a good foot climate. The shoe is equipped with the patented and award-winning Go&Relax system, which was developed in collaboration with biomechanics expert Prof. Gert-Peter Brüggemann and ensures a healthy foot position. This not only reduces the strain on the knees and back, but also supports the long-term health of the wearer. The vegan S1PS safety shoe is characterized by its low weight and highly flexible materials. This technical design not only ensures a high level of cost-effectiveness in terms of reduced downtime and improved working conditions, but also increases the utility value through sustainable health promotion and efficiency in the workplace.

With the Pan, Baak offers an economical and innovative solution that meets the increasing demands of modern workplaces. The combination of certified safety, advanced ergonomics and economic added value makes the Pan a product of significant importance for the market.

3rd winner of category B: Blåkläder with the High Vis long-sleeved shirt with UV protection

High temperatures and sunlight can be a challenge when working outdoors. The Blåkläder 3599 High Vis long-sleeved shirt with UV protection has been specially developed to combine high wearing comfort with important protective functions.

The shirt is made of high-quality "birdseye knit" material that efficiently wicks moisture away from the body. Thanks to its special structure, it dries particularly quickly and feels pleasant against the skin - without the typical plastic feel of synthetic fabrics. The strategically placed mesh inserts in the key sweat zones provide additional ventilation and help to maintain a comfortable body climate even at high temperatures and during physical exertion. The material also offers integrated UV protection, which protects the skin from intense sunlight and thus represents a further health benefit.

For a better fit and maximum comfort, the seams under the arms are positioned in such a way that they do not restrict freedom of movement and friction is minimized. Segmented reflective strips improve visibility in low light conditions without compromising the flexibility of the fabric.

The long-sleeved shirt is available in the color variants high vis yellow/navy blue, high vis yellow/black, high vis orange/navy blue and high vis red/black. The same functional material is also available as a polo shirt (3595) and as a short-sleeved T-shirt for men (3397) and women (3503), allowing individual selection depending on the working environment and personal preferences.

The functional properties of the shirt actively contribute to the health and safety of employees. It has therefore been classified as worthy of promotion by BG Bau. With its well thought-out choice of materials, targeted ventilation zones and high wearing comfort, it sets new standards for modern workwear that has been specially developed for outdoor use.
