intro is the new module from Ksenia Security that enhances the lares 4.0 platform in the field of Access Control. It connects to the control panel via the KS-BUS, and it is the ideal solution to secure any door equipped with electronic lock, protecting access to buildings and/ or areas reserved by unauthorized people.

The integration offers the following features: intro physically connects to proximity readers Ksenia volo or volo-in and/ or an ergo-X keypad allowing to identify the entry of users in a protected area by means of security keys/ PIN codes; the control panel verifies the credentials of the user to allow access or not, tracks all the accesses and notifies the user within the User lares 4.0 App.

intro represents the first access control device designed by Ksenia that seamlessly integrates with the lares 4.0 control panel.
The module offers significant advantages to installers: it optimizes wiring, greatly simplifying the installation process, and it is equipped with 5 programmable inputs and 4 programmable outputs, allowing for quick and individual configuration.

Installers benefit from unprecedented flexibility, being able to choose between 12 or 24-volt power supply and set the relay as NC (normally closed) or NO (normally opened) depending on the specific installation requirements.

The versatility of installation is another distinguishing feature of this module: it can be mounted on a DIN rail or inside the appropriate plastic box, allowing to choose the most suitable solution for the specific environment in which it is installed.
Furthermore, it is equipped with anti-opening tamper, additional memory for the introduction of other functionalities in the future, and like all Ksenia peripherals, it is fully upgradable remotely.

frogblue supports the direct SIP call to every IP video phone. Smartphones are automatically connected via our SIP cloud automatically connected to the door intercom via a call. The video logbook stores both doorbell events and access via
access via PIN or RFID are stored in the video logbook. Likewise incorrect entries and manual opening of the door are also logged.

The frogTerminal communicates directly via SIP and network network without an additional box with any IP telephone system.
frogblue relies on the SIP world standard and integrates third-party controls such as BacNet, KNX etc. via freely definable IP links.
